The anime "Dragon Ball Daima" will air October 11, 2024 on Fuji TV.

At a press conference held by Fuji TV on September 2, 2024, it was announced that Fuji TV will air a new anime slot "Dragon Ball Daima" which will air October 11, 2024 with the first episode extended by 10 minutes. With this announcement, it has been confirmed that all episodes of this anime have been completed and are ready to air. 

During the press conference, Yuichi Nakajima as the program director at Fuji TV revealed that "Since this is a brand-new series, we want it to be seen nationwide. While previous series aired on Sunday mornings, that time slot wasn’t nationwide. We believe this new slot will make it easier for Dragon Ball fans and our target audience to watch. We want to reinforce the image that ‘anime belongs on Fuji TV.'"

The anime "Dragon Ball Daima" is the first new series of the "Dragon Ball" anime after about 6 years since the end of the airing of the anime "Dragon Ball Super" in March 2018, and at the same time to commemorate the 40th anniversary of "Dragon Ball".
